Hello, my name is Patrick. I am a PNW certified personal trainer. My mission is to create a community full of those seeking a healthier lifestyle.
I've personally been passionate about fitness since I was a kid and now, I can share my passion with you.
I believe everyone deserves to live a healthy life, and I hope to help them find enjoyment in fitness.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. I'm currently proficient in:

I'll do my best to support your goals and do regular check-ins, I'll ask for constructive feedback, so I can better my approach, and all-around I'll be open and available for all.
Through the interview process, I develop tailored workout plans to meet your specific health goals. I am dedicated to guiding you every step of the way to optimal fitness.
